About us

Hello, my name is Robert and I would like to introduce my healthy selection of Loaves & Bread Rolls which I make by hand following a 25 year old family recipe using a natural, slow-fermenting sourdough. The ingredients I use is wholemeal flour, spelt flour, wheat flour, water and yeast. I am a qualified, experienced and traditional baker with a huge passion for all aspects of bread making.
 
The bread does not contain any emulsifiers, preservatives or anti-moulding agents.

Orders should be placed by 5pm each day with the collection of the goods for the next day.

Collection from BS10 7DR from Tuesday to Friday from 7am to 5pm and on Saturday from 7am to 3pm.
